The Brooklet Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Entry is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Promoter or associated partners (Porsche Centre Gold Coast and Pipit Restaurant) are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The competition opens on December 3rd and closes on Sunday 14 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period:

1.Comment on the official Instagram giveaway post, tagging the people they would bring (three tags = three guests); and

2.Follow all of the following Instagram accounts:

3. Reshare competition post to your story

Both steps must be completed for a valid entry.
Multiple entries are permitted.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive The Brooklet Luxury Weekend Package valued at $7,000 AUD, which includes:

•Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a Two-Bedroom Villa for four people, valued at $1,598

•A private dining experience for four (4) with Pipit Restaurant’s Ben Devlin, including paired wines, valued at $4,000

•Hire of The Brooklet Porsche for the duration of the stay, valued at $1,500

The total prize value is $7,000 AUD, correct at the time of publication.

6. Prize Conditions

•Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

•Villa stay, dining experience, and Porsche hire are subject to availability. Winner to redeem the experience between 1 January – 30 June 2026. Subject to availability. Recommend to book in as soon as possible to avoid limited availability.

•Blackout dates may apply, including peak periods, public holidays, and special event weekends.

•The guest driving the Porsche must hold a valid, full Australian driver licence and meet all hire requirements.

•The Promoter accepts no responsibility for additional expenses incurred, including travel to and from The Brooklet.

7. Winner Selection

This promotion is a game of chance.

The winner will be selected via random draw conducted at 122 Barry Parade on Monday 15 December 2025.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and announced publicly on The Brooklet within 5 business days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

8. Permits

This is a game of chance.
No permit is required for this promotion as the total prize value is under $10,000 in NSW.
The competition will be conducted in accordance with applicable state and territory laws.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from all liability associated with the promotion.

10. Privacy

The Promoter will collect and store entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of administering this competition, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

If the prize (or any component) becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, it reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
